About Kendell Warner

So as many of you know I'm not originally from Kansas, I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. My mother moved from Trinidad when she was young and was “lucky” enough to have the experience of moving around from relative to relative until she settled in Brooklyn. That's where she met my father and decided to have a bountiful, and super-talented baby boy! Five years afterward I was born to bother my brother half to death (a goal I'm still working on).

I entered into the design world in my young years, influenced by my brother's artful hand at drawing and my uncle's in-home studio, integrated into my Grandmother's home, while he was a student. My school years were spent trying to figure out what in the world was going on, dabbling in 3D art, animation, motion graphics, film production, editing, drawing, photography, sculpture...let's just say I have a Bachelor's in Artistic Exploration and I enjoyed the years spent in school. Many professor's influenced my works and some even still do today. After graduating from the School of Everything Technical, I landed a job in a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine manufacturing company in Long Island...what can I say? Kind of on the boring side, but it was a job and I was able to move some pixels and help generate sales which is always a plus. Let me not forget to mention that I got a chance to market some of the coolest technology that I never knew about before starting, so needless to say it had it's interesting moments.

The magical day of reckoning came when my fiancé and future design goddess, Suzy, came to me about a job offer from a company, Aplus.Net in Overland Park. We decided to move here and get polished for the mid-west, so far I like it out here and I'm beginning to poke my head out to see what kind of opportunities and collaborations await.
